The center of circle (x-7)^2+(y-2)^2=100 is (-7,-2) . TRUE OR FALSE ?!

The answer would be false because the formula for a circle is:

(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2

Some people use (h, k) as the center or (a, b). It does not make a difference. Since the formula subtracts, you must flip the sign to find the circle. The real center is (7, 2)
