Adoption is the social and legal process by which a parent-child relationship is established between person unrelated birth.

The adoption process normally starts in the beginning months, and there is a binding agreement that is gone through the court system. There is two types of adoption. 1. open adoption where the birth parents are allowed visitations with the child, and pictures etc. however many times a year the adoptive parents allow. 2. closed adoption where everything is closed. The parents do not get to see the birth child or get updates on that child.
