Persons who have learning disorder have difficulty learning in a typical manner, have attention issues, and behavior problems.

Learning disorders are the delays in the development of a child especially in the cognitive area specifically language,mathematical,speech and motor skills that are not because of any physical or any neurological defect. Hope this answer would then be of great help.
