The National American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX) is a component of the pharmacist licensure process to measure the candidate's knowledge of the practice.

The Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE) is the pharmacy law examination in practicing jurisdictions and combines federal and state questions to test candidate's mastery of pharmacy jurisprudence.

Both the NAPLEX and MPJE is administered by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). It assists in administering pharmacist license transfer and competence assessment programs. It offers examinations, license transfer program, accreditation programs and other services that protect public health.
