x=y+3
(2/y)-(1/x)=2/9
Use systems of equations, plug x-3 for y
(2/x-3)-(1/x)=2/9
y= 6, -9/2
Therefore, x = 9, -3/2
But it's positive, so the integers are 6 and 9
