Can obesity be contagious?

If you are speaking quite literally the answer is no, obesity is not contagious, but take a family who eats unhealthy for example. It is pretty contagious when one person eats bad food and buys it for the rest. Obesity is not contagious literally, but figuratively and when putting medical concerns aside it could be fought as contagious.

No. Obesity is not caused by a transmittable factor. Hope this helps.
