If the provider offers for a PSA it would be reported that the patient has G0102, G0103, V16.42, V76.44.

Prostate cancer affects the prostate gland. This gland which produces some of the fluid in semen which plays an important role in urine control in men.
The prostate gland is being located below the bladder and in from rectum and it is the most common cancer disease in men but it is treatable if it is diagnosed early. Some symptoms include the problem with urination.
For one to detect early, should have regular screening.
