Difference between prospective anticipatory repudiation and prospective failure to perform

The difference is that "repudiation must be unequivocal, while prospective failure to perform involves mere doubts".

A group is considered to have repudiated an agreement when they prove an absence of readiness or a powerlessness to play out their legally binding commitments. A repudiation of an agreement by one gathering (the renouncing party) will entitle the other party (the distressed party) to choose to end the agreement.
