7x^(2) +3xy - x^(2) y + 7y^(2)

Answer: 7y²-x²y+3xy+7x²

Solution:
We only have to multiply the polynmial by minus sign, and this changes the signs of all terms:
-(-7y²+x²y-3xy-7x²)=7y²-x²y+3xy+7x²
