Subject : Linear Equations

→ Use Elimination:
-9x + 3y = -6
-9x + 2y = -10
__________ ---
0 + y = 4
y = 4

→ Use substitution:
-9x + 3y = -6
-9x + 3(4) = -6
-9x + 12 = -6
-9x = -6 - 12
-9x = -18
x = -18/-9
x = 2

So the value of x = 2 and y = 4

I hope this helps...
