When bacteria survived, it will continue to multiply and create more harm which leads to antibiotic (penicillin) resistance. Bacteria create a resistance to penicillin for several reasons. The main and most common reasons for penicillin resistance are; over use or frequent use of penicillin to treat the bacteria and not finishing the prescribed antibiotic course.
