Hello!

Absolutely! Your body uses up a lot of energy to keep lots of weight on good condition. It can also be a lot harder to be active when you do not have a healthy weight. It does cause physical stress.

Our bodies were designed to work with a certain amount of weight, and if we do not have a healthy weight it will cause physical stress.

When we have healthy weight, our body will function smoothly and well.

Hope this helped!
