1) 3/4 * 7/7= 21/28
YES
2) 5/6 * 5.8/5= 29/30
NO
3) 4/7 * 4/7= 16/49
NO
4) 2/5 * 6/3 = 12/15
NO
The only fraction that can be multiplied by the SAME numerator and denominator to equal the fraction on the right side of the equal sign is #1) 3/4= 21/28. So #1 is a valid proportion.
