Well certain regions have different amounts of everything and Carrying capacity is the number of individuals of one species that an ecosystem can support So 1) water could increase it 2) food could increase it 3) the the sunlight could or could not increase it you would have to look this one up but I'm pretty sure it will so hope I helped you in any way
