Can you please help me graph x+y=0

If you subtract x from each side, it says Y = -x .
That tells you that the slope of the graph is -1, and the y-intercept is zero.

The graph is a straight line, passing through the origin.
It slopes DOWN from left to right, at an angle of 45 degrees.
