I believe the answer is Beating and torturing animals is wrong.
straw man fallacy happens when you attack the unrelated argument. The aim for testing is not for torturing or beating the animal, therefore the counterclaim given is not attacking the claim provided earlier. Counterclaim about the right of the animal is more appropriate because the animal cannot refuse or give consent to the experiment.
