Note that 16j^2 = (4j)^2. Thus, we have

(4j)^2 - 8jk + k^2

and selecting the binomial (4j - k) as a possible factor would be a logical choice.

Check: Does (4j - k)(4j - k) = 16j²-8jk+k²? YES
