Referendum
Process that allows citizens to approve or reject a law passed by a legislature. it is one of the instrument of direct democracy whereby citizens exercise their electorate mandate directly. If the populace ends up rejecting the law, it becomes devoid. one of the country's that had a referendum lately include Kenya where the old independence constitution, was replaced with a USA-like constitution.
