Penguins are considered carnivores because they hunt other animals for food.
They rely on meat as their source of food and don't eat plants or algae.
Different species of penguins have different food preferences, but most of the penguins mainly eat different types of fish, squids and other mollusks and crustaceans they find in the oceans.
