What is the inverse of f(x) = (x –1)/4 ?

the inverse of f(x) = (x-1)/4 would be f^-1 (x) = 1+4x

so the answer would be y = x + 1/4

f(x) = (x –1)/4

inverse
x = (y-1)/4
4x = y - 1
y = 1 + 4x

Answer:
