|x| = a

if a < 0 then equation hasn't solution
if a = 0 then equation has one solution x = 0
if a > 0 then equation has two solution x = -a and x = a

Therefore your answer is |–6x + 3| = 0

|–6x + 3| = 0 ↔ -6x + 3 = 0 |-3
-6x = -3 |:(-6)
x = 0.5
