124 7/8 gallons------> (124*8+7)/8-----> 999/8 gallons----> 124.875 gallons

by proportion
124.875 gallons/25 minutes=x gallons/1 minute
x=124.875/25-----> x=4.995 gallons/minute
round to the nearest gallon------> 5 gallons/minute
