I think its C and D.

On September 21, 1949, during the Mao´s conference in Pekin to celebrate the victory of Communism over Nationalist forces, Zedong formaly announced that the new government of China would be under the rule of the Communist Party. Zedong's victory over the Nationalists ended with Jiang's government established since the 1920s.
