I need an answer...A class contains 12 female and 20 male students. Find the probability that when two students are chosen randomly from the class, the first student is male and the second student is female.

for the first student to be male the probability is 20/32
for the second student to be female the probability is 12/31 since there is one less student in the class as the first student has already been chosen
To find the probability of this happening you multiply the 2 probabilities together
20/32x12/31=240/992=30/124
