By AAA congruence the two triangles i.e. one showing man and his shadow and the other showing lamp post and its shadow are congruent.

Hence,
(5.25)/(6)=(x)/(18)

Hence,
x=(5.25)/(6)* 18

x=5.25×3

x=15.75 ft
