Rewrite the sentence using parallel structure. I woke to my morning meal, roused by the smells of freshly ground coffee as it perked, fatty bacon that was sizzling, and fluffy pancakes on the stove.

To make a sentence parallel, you are simply repeating the structure. For example, if your initial sentence is subject, past-tense verb, object, then the next part of the phrase should also be past-tense verb, object, and so on and so forth. Thus, the answer is:

I woke to my morning meal, roused by the smells of freshly ground coffee as it perked, by fatty bacon that was sizzling, and by fluffy pancakes on the stove.

In this case, the use of "by" makes the structure parallel.
