It's the third choice down. First of all, x cannot ever equal 0 when it's in the denominator, so there's that...secondly, you need to actually solve for x. Best way is to multiply every term there by the LCM which is 15x. When you do that you get rid of all the denominators and end up with
3x\ \textgreater \ 15+5x. Subtracting 5x from both sides gives you -2x > 15. Now of course you know that when you divide by a negative number on that x, you change the sign's direction, so your answer would then be
x\ \textless \ - (15)/(2)
