Try this solution:
for Volume=56.55 and Surface=94.25 the ratio is 94.25/56.55=1.(6)=1.67;
for V=113.1 and S=13.23 the ration is 13.23/113.1=0.12;
for V=452.39 and S=326.73 the ratio is 326.73/452.39=0.72;
for V=452.39 and S=376.99 the ration is 376.99/452.39=0.83.
