I believe the answer is: Plurality system
In the plurality system, the voters are only allowed to choose for one candidate and the winners would be determined by counting who obtain the most votes compared to the other counterparts.
Currently, plurality system is the most adopted system in the world, which is used by almost all countries who use democratic principle in the government.
