In your opinion, is "avoiding" an effective conflict management strategy? Why or why not?

In most cases, avoiding is not effective because you cannot get down to the root of the problem. By receiving feedback, you can construct a plan from there to resolve a conflict. However, if you deem a situation too dangerous, by all means avoid whatever or whoever you are having a conflict with.
