Carnegie believed that the solution to the problem between labor and capital includes elements of unifying the poor and rich that maintain the individualism where our civilization is based upon, and having the rich people distribute their surplus wealth to be used in ways that will benefit the community because he believes in remaining true to the nature of humanity.
