How did world war i and the treaty of versailles contribute to the rise of fascism in the 1920s and 30s?

The loser in the war, Germany, was angry at the lost of the war and the restrictions from the treaty that it had on the country like the limitation of their military. It led to the rise of Hitler, a fascist that didn’t liked of it at all.
