line y=-1/2 x+4 slope = -1/2

perpendicular lines, slope is opposite and reciprocal
so slope of new line = 2

passes through the point (2,6)
y - 6 = 2(x - 2)
y - 6 = 2x - 4
y = 2x + 2

Answer:
Equation
