Hi,

p(x)=y-4z^2-3\\\\ p(x)+q(x)=-yz^2-3z^2-4y+4\\ q(x)=(p(x)+q(x))-p(x)\\\\ =-yz^2-3z^2-4y+4-(y-4z^2-3)\\\\ =-yz^2+(-3z^2+4z^2)+(-4y-y)+(4+3)\\\\ \boxed{q(x)=-yz^2+z^2-5y+7}\\
