Change to a mixed number by dividing the upper number of the fratcion with the lower. You put the number you got in front of the fraction, and leave what is left from the division on top of the fraction.
You do not divide into decimal places.

(14)/(5) = 2 (4)/(5) \\ 14 / 5 = 2 \: (4)
In the example above, we divided 14 by 5, and we got 2, with a remainder of 4.
2 goes in front. 4 on top.

to change a mixed number to a fraction, multiply the number in front with the number under the fraction line and add to the top number

2 (4)/(5) = (14)/(5) \\ 2 * 5 = 10 \\ 10 + 4 = 14 \\ (14)/(5)
Answers for the other numbers:

(25)/(3) = 8 (1)/(3) \\ 25 / 3 = 8 \: (1)

(100)/(99) = 1 (1)/(99) \\ 100 / 99 = 1 \: (1)
Fractions are basically another way of writing division.
