Write an equation in point-slope form for the line through the given point and slope. ( - 2, -5) m = - 4/5

Point-slope form is
y - y1 = m(x - x1) where m = slope and (x1,y1) is a point on the line
So here we have
y - - 5 = -4/5(x - -2)

y + 5 = -4/5(x + 2) answer
