Why did Stalin Declined to participate in Marshall plan

during the Potsdam Conference. Stalin wanted more reparations(payment for war damages) than the other Allies. Stalin hoped to keep Germany and Western Europe weak.

Hihi!

The answer would be that Joseph Stalin did not like the plan due to the amount of aid going to Germany! I believe this is because not too long before World War II happened in Europe, the enemies Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union surprised everyone by signing the German-Soviet Nonaggression Pact, which the two countries agreed to absolutely no military action against each other for the next decade!
