Let's look at 4th powers: 1^4 = 1, 2^4 = 16, 3^4 = 81, and so on. Do you see a perfect fourth power under the radical? Hint: Think of '2.' What is the fourth power of 2?

More hints: Separate the given expression into: [ 4th root of 3]*[4th power of 16] * [4th root of n ].

If this is not enuf info to enable you to solve this problem on your own, please come back and share what you've done and I'll help you all the way to the end.
