In an ice cream shop with 3 flavours, 3 cones, 2 flat contents and 2 toppings, a customer can select only one from each, how many combinations are possible?

So this is a common type of counting question that only requires a bit of logical thinking.

Basically, the short answer is to multiply all of them together, resulting in 36 combinations.

Also, if there were only 3 flavors and 3 cones, there would be nine. Then continue doing this with the flat contents and toppings.
