It is  > -180 and <  -90  so it falls in quadrant III.

Answer:

3rd quadrant.

Explanation:

N angle whose measure is -102° is in standard position and we have to tell the quadrant in which the terminal side of the angle falls.

As we know when an angle is rotated clockwise from its standard position to form a new angle will be in negative notation.

Here negative sign denotes the measurement in clockwise direction.

So the terminal side of the angle will fall in 3rd quadrant.
