The chemicals that can cause action potential are neurotransmitters. They can cause excitement in their feelings and exert neuron B that fires the emotions of the person. These neurons will result to the feeling of excitement of the person.

The chemicals that can cause action potential are neurotransmitters. They can cause excitement as well as inhibitions for a neuron B to fire an action potential. Neurons usually communicate by electrical events namely action potential as well as chemical neurotransmitter.
