The things included in a surgical package would be first one preoperative visit. Second is the intraoperative care that includes the surgery itself, third is post operative care. Fourth would be the supplies to treat surgical complications, fifth is post operative pain management, sixth is office visits for recovery and lastly a visit for complication.
