Answer with explanation:

Rational numbers are those numbers which can be written in the form of
(a)/(b) , where , b≠0.

Rational number can be written in the following way:

Integers + Terminating Decimal + Non terminating Repeating Decimal

When you will look at , fraction
(1)/(5), it is terminating Decimal.

So, apart from any irrational number which is non terminating non repeating , if you multiply
(1)/(5), with any number on the number line , that is any rational number ,because product of two rational is always a rational ,you will get a rational number.
