Option D would be correct.

Grazing cattle can be leaded off public land, but it is illegal to just kill them. They are not illegal.

Logging is I believe legal, and mining too.

Hope this helps!

Answer:

None of the above are allowed on public land (D). Grazing cattle, logging, and mining are not allowed on public land.

Explanation:

While largescale logging and mining are prohibited on public land, recrational logging and mining is sometimes acceptable. Also, ranchers can pay to have their cattle graze on public land. However, more recently this has caused concern. There are many concerns about the quality of water due to contamination, taxpayer issues, as well as endangering wildlife.
