The Smiths were an English rock band in Manchester formed in 1982.
The band consisted of vocalist Morrissey, guitarist Johnny Marr, bassist Andy Rourke and drummer Mike Joyce.
In 1982, Marr set that he needed to determine a replacement band, and afterwards turned informed the door-sill of Morrissey's house in the midst of mutual friend Steve bream, to raise Morrissey if he was fascinated by interested a band with himself and bream.
