Many medications list side effects that include dry mouth, constipation, and urinary retention. what kinds of effects are these?

I believe the answer is Anticholinergic

Activation of the cholinergic receptor will increase salivation, gastrointestinal motility and relax the muscle of the bladder. If the drug blocking the cholinergic receptor, it will cause the opposite effect. Decreased salivation will result in dry mouth, decreased GI motility will cause constipation and constriction of bladder sphincter muscle cause urinary retention.
