Driving while using a cell phone is dangerous 2. Driving while using a cell phone could harm someone. 3. Driving while using a cell phone could cause someone to get hurt.

false because they provide no actual evidence or statistic that shows how many people are hurt or effected by using a phone and driving.
although the statements are true they wouldn't make a good argument.

The correct answer is false. this is so because each of the statements mentioned above lacks supporting evidence indicating why "driving while using a cell phone should be illegal." Arguments are claims backed by reasons that are supported by evidence.
