A plant that has flowers and produces seeds enclosed within a carpel. The angiosperms are a large group and includes herbaceous plants, shrubs, grasses, and most trees. I don't know if this is right, or if it helps.

Answer:
Those plants which produce flower and seed is enclosed in fruit, known as angiosperms. This is the largest group of plants on the earth compared to gymnosperms in which flowers are not produced and seeds are not enclosed in fruit.
