The Vietnam war was greatly disapproved by many American citizens. It was a super power nation fighting a smaller agrarian country. Many casuaties on both sides, but almost five times more on the weaker one. For the peace lovers and people who didn't support the war, the soldiers that returned were not considered a hero, but a person that made a wrong decision going to this unfair war.
