Juliet uses metaphors and similes to describe the frustration that she had, she was basically ready to get married. The "mansion of love" goes towards Romeo. When Juliet says "possessed" it, she means that she has not consummated her marriage to Romeo this is also alike to "and though I am sold,/Not yet enjoyed"
